There are few things worse for a traveler than the need to cancel a much anticipated trip.  Being in that position a time or two ourselves, we definitely know that feeling.  We hope you understand that these unique adventures require a lot of upfront costs in the form of non-refundable deposits for services such as exclusive events, chartered transportation, and accommodation to insure availability for our valued travelers.  This leaves us in a position where we must follow our Cancelation and Refund Policy regardless of the traveler’s situation.  Travel insurance can be a great way to cover your upfront expenses in case of cancellation, we are always happy to assist in finding a plan to suit your needs.  We thank you in advance for your understanding regarding this matter, following is the Cancellation and Refund Policy for all World Untouched Adventures:

If you must cancel, please do so in writing and email to info@worlduntouched.com or your destination representative. 

Cancellations 60 or more days before the start of the adventure will incur loss of non-refundable deposit. 

Cancellations made 31 to 60 days before start of the adventure will incur a loss of 50% of the program price, including any single supplements and/or extensions. 

Cancellations made 30 days or less before start of the adventure will incur a loss of the entire program price.
